Darrell L. Wilt
Darrell L. Wilt is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania, a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, and a certified IFS Therapist. He earned his master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in complex organizations from Pennsylvania State University. He has been providing therapy to individuals, couples and families since 1995 and coaching services since 2001.
Darrell is passionate about helping people create thriving lives and increasing their personal, relational, and professional success.
Darrell specializes in helping individuals work through a broad range of issues including self-improvement, anxiety, depression, stress management, anger management, trauma, relational concerns, and grief and loss. He also specializes in helping individuals identify personality styles, “reading” people, and learning how to predict people’s behavior.
He has expertise in “all things relational”, including working with couples, families, parent-child dynamics, business partners, and friendships. He has worked extensively with couples and is currently writing the book, The Laws and Flaws of Romantic Attraction: How to Increase One’s Odds of Long-term Success.
With over 25 years of clinical experience, he has served as clinical supervisor for organizations, has supervised and trained interns, therapists and counselors, and has spent his career studying, learning, and developing strategies to improve the effectiveness and quality of life for individuals and couples.
